Hi, I'm Jory!
I was born and partially raised in Florida, and as the oldest of six, family, home, and looking after the people around me have always been a big part of who I am. I also have a little schnauzer named Woody, who has my whole heart.
My love for skincare began way back in sixth grade. What started as a fascination with skin and self-care grew into a passion that led me to graduate cosmetology school in 2017 and become a Master Esthetician in 2023. While I was in cosmetology school, I worked alongside an esthetician because I knew that skincare was where my heart really was.
After graduating from esthetics school in Utah, I had the opportunity to work for a plastic surgeon, where I learned more about the medical side of skincare and gained an even deeper appreciation for the science behind what we do.
Eventually, I felt God leading me back home to Florida, closer to my family and toward something that had been quietly growing in my heart for years. I believe He has given me a genuine love for people and for this work, and I want to use those gifts to create something that feels intentional, personal, and deeply rooted in what matters to me.
That's why I chose to bring skincare directly to you.
There is something special about being able to settle into your own space, take a deep breath, and let the rest of the world wait for a little while. No waiting rooms, rushing through traffic, or stepping out of the environment where you feel most at ease. I come to you, so you can stay cozy, comfortable, and completely yourself.
My faith is at the heart of my life and, naturally, at the heart of Rejoyce too. I'm continually seeking to deepen my relationship with God and discover what it looks like to invite Him into every corner of my life. I believe that tending to the body we've been given can be a beautiful way to slow down and remember that we are more than the things we accomplish, the expectations we carry, or the reflection we see in the mirror.
I'm especially excited to offer Prayer Facials; an opportunity to receive intentional skincare while I pray over you aloud throughout your treatment. It's a chance to tend to the physical while also making room for the spiritual. Whether you're walking through something difficult, longing for a quiet moment with God, or simply want someone to pray over you, my hope is that you feel supported, seen, and able to set down some of what you've been carrying.
I love the holistic side of skincare, the beautiful reminder that our skin, our bodies, our minds, and our spirits aren't entirely separate things. Sometimes we need a moment to soften our shoulders, quiet our minds, breathe a little deeper, and simply be.
That is the kind of space I hope to create for you: a little pocket of peace in the middle of ordinary life. A place to learn about your skin, nourish yourself, spend time with God if you'd like, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
